In addition, children will learn how to look in on their inner and outer worlds and to take an action of their choice, being aware of supports around them. A pressure guage for young players to reflect on their pressure and stress levels has also been included each month.It is recommended that as caregivers, you go through the sections with your child and discuss what comes up for them. Not only will this strengthen your connection with them, but it will also allow you to see more of what they feel strong in and where they feel they might need to grow. It makes it easier for children to reach out for support if these conversations are normalised and open.
